For this reason, most of the times, we are able to set appointments for the same day or the next working day

SPECIAL RATE:

$375 for Adult or Children

The above fee includes in all cases: Lab cost, medical exam, clerical work, reviewing vaccine records and completing Form I-693

If patient need some vaccines an additional cost may apply.
